□ Provincial discipline inspection commission Yang Zhengrong, deputy secretary of Work Committee and provincial organs directly under the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, as the functional organ for party building and inner-party supervision, has an important responsibility to implement the party’s principle of administering the party and strictly governing the party. While giving the four responsibilities of the Commission for Discipline Inspection at all levels, the “Party Constitution” passed at the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China places special emphasis on “assisting the party committees in strengthening the party’s work style and in organizing and coordinating anti-corruption efforts.”
