我院肝病中心于 2 0 0 1年 3月～ 2 0 0 2年 3月应用烟酸占替诺治疗黄疸型肝炎 ,取得较好疗效 ,现报告如下。1 资料与方法1 1 病例选择 :按 1995年第 5次全国传染病与寄生虫病学术会修订的诊断标准 ,将确诊的黄疸型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组 (烟酸占替诺组 )和对照组各 5 0例。
