探讨LN、DNA- P、SOD与EGF在用中西医结合治疗肿瘤时的含量变化的意义。采用40 只昆明小鼠, 在右前肢腋部皮下种植瘤细胞形成实体瘤。随机分成4 组, 每组10 只, 分别用当归、环磷酰胺、当归合并环磷胺和生理盐水( 对照组) 加以治疗。疗程结束后测量瘤体大小和抑制率并测定血和瘤组织中LN、DNA- P、SOD和EGF含量。当归合并环磷酰胺治疗组, 移植瘤体明显减小, 肿瘤抑制率最大( 达88 .7 % ) ;血和瘤组织中LN、DNA- P显著降低,SOD、EGF 显著增高。以上变化比单用当归或环磷酰胺或生理盐水治疗组的效果更加明显。当归是一种有效的具有协同抗癌作用的中药;肿瘤标志物LN、DNA- P、SOD和EGF可以反映肿瘤治疗效果。
To investigate the significance of the changes of LN, DNA-P, SOD and EGF in the treatment of tumors with the combination of TCM and Western medicine. Using 40 Kunming mice, the tumor cells were implanted subcutaneously in the axillary region of the right forelimb to form solid tumors. Randomly divided into 4 groups of 10, each with Angelica, cyclophosphamide, Angelica and cyclophosphamide and saline (control group) to be treated. After treatment, the tumor size and inhibition rate were measured and the contents of LN, DNA-P, SOD and EGF in blood and tumor tissue were measured. Angelica combined with cyclophosphamide treatment group, transplanted tumor was significantly reduced, the tumor inhibition rate was the largest (up to 88.7%); blood and tumor tissue LN, DNA-P was significantly lower, SOD, EGF was significantly higher. The above changes than single angelica or cyclophosphamide or saline treatment group more obvious effect. Angelica is an effective Chinese medicine with synergistic anticancer effect; tumor markers LN, DNA-P, SOD and EGF can reflect the effect of tumor treatment.
