本文对“快速落刀法”其落刀速度的快慢对切屑根部变形的影响、进行理论分析和实验验证。指出实验对落刀速度的要求存在一个极限值,其大小决定于被切削金属材料的机械物理性质、修正了以往一般认为落刀速度应愈高愈好的看法。给今后落刀机构的使用和设计,带来方便。
In this paper, the influence of the speed of the cutter on the deformation of the chip root in “quick drop method” is analyzed theoretically and experimentally. It is pointed out that there is a limit to the experimental requirements on the knife speed, which is determined by the mechanical and physical properties of the metal material to be machined. The previous opinion that the knife speed should be as high as possible should be corrected. To the future use of knife institutions and design, bring convenience.
