单疱病毒性角膜炎是眼科的一种常见病,其临床表现符合免疫反应规律.为此,我们采用免疫增强疗法,以转移因子和左旋米唑联合治疗本病30例,取得较好疗效.现介绍如下. 取材及方法一、治疗对象:全部病例为我院住院病人.诊断标准:病程迁延,多次复发,抗生素治疗无效,激素治疗后恶化.角膜病灶呈特殊形态,角膜知觉迟钝等.其中表浅型角膜炎18例,深层型角膜炎12例.30例病程在2～8个月,其中24例曾用过抗病毒药物,但疗效甚微.
