与下属谈心是每一个领导者都回避不了的工作,如何谈得顺利、畅快、成功、有效,是每一位领导都需要下功夫研究的课题。有时,领导者其心也诚,其意也切,其言也善,其辞也当,但下属却不领情,谈不拢、谈崩了。究其原因,或许是领导者不注意体态语言的表达,引起了下属的反感和不满。因此,成功的谈心活动不但需要柔韧委婉、沁人心脾的语言沟通,也离不开平易近人、和蔼可亲的非语言交流,即“会说话”的体态。
Talk to the subordinates is a task that can not be avoided by every leader. How to talk smoothly, smoothly, successfully and effectively is a topic that every leader needs to study hard. At times, the leader is sincere in his heart, his meaning is also cut, his words are good, his speech is appropriate, but the subordinates do not appreciate it. The reason may be that the leader does not pay attention to the expression of body language, causing subversive discontent and dissatisfaction.
