目的 评价复式PCR在闽南疟疾监测中的应用效果。方法 采集流行区发热病人及疫点居民血样用复式PCR一次扩增同时检测恶性疟原虫 (P f)和间日疟原虫 (P .v)。结果 2 49例发热病人PCR测阳性率为 8 0 2 % ,敏感性为10 0 % ,特异性 99 5 6 %符合率 99 5 9% ,镜检阳性率为 7 6 3% ,抽查疫点居民 70 1人检测疟原虫 ,未发现阳性样本 ,复式PCR检测大批样本平均费用不高于传统镜检方法。结论 该复式PCR检测系统用于闽南现场疟疾监测具有敏感、特异、快速等特点 ,可用于分子流行病学调查、防治效果考核及虫种鉴别等
Objective To evaluate the application of multiplex PCR in malaria surveillance in southern Fujian. Methods Blood samples from febrile patients and epidemic-point residents in epidemic area were collected for simultaneous amplification of Pf and P. vivax by double-PCR. Results The positive rate of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in 2 49 cases of fever patients was 82.02%, the sensitivity was 100%, the specificity of 99.56% was 99.59%, the positive rate of microscopic examination was 76.3% 70 Plasmodium was detected in one person and no positive samples were found. The average cost of multiplex PCR for detecting a large number of samples was not higher than that of traditional microscopic examination. Conclusion The multiplex PCR detection system is sensitive, specific and rapid for on-the-spot malaria surveillance in Minnan. It can be used in molecular epidemiological investigation, prevention and control and identification of insect species
