免疫不仅是对病原的防御,还具有维持机体内环境平衡和稳定的作用。当机体受到病原微生物侵袭时发生的一系列反应与免疫有直接关系。因此测定免疫机能对指导疾病治疗与判定预后有重要意义。有关结核机体免疫机能的报道,目前国内外尚不多见。我们于1979年5~9月间测查了45名原发型活动期肺结核和27名原发型稳定期肺结核的各项免疫试验数值,并选同年龄组20名健康儿童作为对照,其结果分析如下。
Immunization is not only a defense against pathogens, but also has the effect of maintaining the balance and stability of the environment in the body. A series of reactions that occur when an organism is attacked by a pathogenic microorganism is directly related to immunity. Therefore, the determination of immune function to guide disease treatment and prognosis of great significance. Reports on the immune function of tuberculosis are still rare at home and abroad. From May to September 1979, we examined various immunological tests of 45 primary active stage pulmonary tuberculosis and 27 primary stable stage pulmonary tuberculosis and selected 20 healthy children in the same age group as control analyse as below.
