跑是田径课程的主要内容,是从事各种体育活动最基本的运动形式。在田径中跑主要分速度跑和耐久跑,这是发展人的运动能力和身体素质非常重要的运动形式。高中生的田径课程担负着发展学生身体素质和培养学生终身体育锻炼习惯的养成,应该让高中生学好跑这项基本的运动能力,但是跑步相对来说比较枯燥。因此,高中体育教师应该优化课堂,激发学生跑的激情,唤醒学生参与跑的原动力。一、微课讲解,认识“跑”的原理
