Introspection is a process in which teachers consider their own professional activities and examine and analyze the behaviors they conduct in their careers and the consequent results. Teaching reflection is considered “the core factor of teacher professional development and self-development ”. The new curriculum emphasizes the teacher's teaching reflection very much.
