为了降低氮化硅材料的成本,运用便宜的低纯度从β-Si3N4粉末,通过无压烧结制备了氮化硅材料.发现β-Si3N4粉末具有很好的烧结性能,得到的结构是由柱状颗粒和小球状颗粒形成的嵌套结构,结构组成均匀,没有晶粒的异常生长.所得材料的抗弯强度为587MPa,韧性达到5.3MPa.m1/2,说明可在一般条件下使用。
In order to reduce the cost of silicon nitride materials, a silicon nitride material was prepared by pressureless sintering using inexpensive low-purity β-Si3N4 powder. Β-Si3N4 powder was found to have good sintering properties. The obtained structure was a nested structure formed by columnar particles and small spherical particles, with uniform structure and no abnormal growth of the grains. The resulting material flexural strength of 587MPa, toughness reached 5.3MPa.m1 / 2, indicating that under normal conditions.
