近年来,考选已经成为党政领导干部选拔任用的一种重要形式。一大批德才兼备的党政干部,凭借着在考选中的突出表现,走上了各级领导岗位。但与此同时,一些地方和部门在考选中也存在着这样或那样的问题,并不同程度地影响到考选效果。笔者拟结合近年来参与一些地区和部门党政领导干部考选发现的问题,对进一步完善党政领导干部考选工作做些初步的思考。
In recent years, the examination has become an important form of selection and appointment of party and government leading cadres. A large number of party and government cadres with both ability and political integrity, by virtue of their outstanding performance in the test, embarked on leadership positions at all levels. However, at the same time, some localities and departments also have one or more problems in their exams, which affect the examination results to varying degrees. The author intends to take part in recent years to participate in some areas and departmental party and government leading cadres found that the issue of examination, to further improve the election of leading cadres to do some preliminary thinking.
