采用等离子喷涂的方法在桥梁钢表面进行了YSZ涂层的喷涂处理,对表面喷涂涂层的显微形貌、物相组成和浸泡腐蚀特征进行了研究,并采用电化学的方法对比分析了桥梁钢基材和表面涂层的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,桥梁钢基材表面8YSZ涂层呈现出颗粒状熔融和扁平状形态,涂层表面有一定起伏;表面喷涂涂层的物相主要为T′相,即Zr0.92Y0.08O1.96,并没有发现其它杂质相的存在;桥梁钢经过表面喷涂处理后涂层的耐腐蚀性能优于桥梁钢基材。浸泡腐蚀试验表明,涂层与基材界面处发生了腐蚀开裂,喷涂工艺有待进一步改进。
The spray coating of YSZ coating on the surface of bridge steel was carried out by plasma spray method. The microstructure, phase composition and immersion corrosion characteristics of spray coating on the surface of the bridge were studied. Electrochemical method was used to analyze the influence of the bridge Corrosion resistance of steel substrates and surface coatings. The results show that 8YSZ coating on the steel surface of the bridge presents granular melting and flat shape, and the surface of the coating has a certain fluctuation; the phase of the surface spray coating is mainly T ’phase, that is Zr0.92Y0.08O1.96, And no other impurity phase was found. The corrosion resistance of bridge steel after surface spray coating was better than bridge steel substrate. Immersion corrosion test showed that the coating and the substrate interface corrosion cracking occurred, spraying process needs further improvement.
