班级是学校的基本单位,而班主任则是管理、领导班级的人员,就中学而言,影响班主任管理效果的因素为管理方式和个人的品质。所以,要想让班级得到很好地发展,就需要强化班主任的管理能力。班级的管理工作是一项长期的工作,而作为管理者和领导者的班主任拥有的管理艺术是理论和实践相结合的结晶。作为班主任在管理班级的过程中必须使用科学合理的管理方式,及时的革新观念,掌握更多实用的管理方式和技能,以便于自身管理水平的提升。笔者在本中首先分析了班主任在班级管理中发挥的重要作用,然后探讨了其管理的艺术,以期进一步提升班主任的管理水平。
Class is the basic unit of the school, and the class teacher is the management, leadership class personnel, in secondary schools, the impact of teacher management effectiveness of the factors for the management style and personal qualities. Therefore, in order to make the class well developed, you need to strengthen the class manager’s management capabilities. Class management is a long-term task, and the management art owned by the head teacher as a manager and leader is the result of a combination of theory and practice. As a class teacher in the process of the management of the class must use a scientific and rational management, timely innovation, master more practical management methods and skills in order to facilitate their own management level. The author firstly analyzes the important role that the teacher in the class plays in class management, and then discusses the art of management, in order to further improve the class teacher’s management level.
