初中教育中,班主任和家长都是学生身心成长发育中不可缺少的引导者。实现班主任和家长之间的有效合作,能够提高学校教学质量,促进学生德智体美全面发展。目前,初中班主任和家长的合作出现许多问题。所以本文通过分析初中班主任和家长合作出现的问题,探究如何有效实现班主任和家长的合作,最终为全国各大初中学校班主任和家长合作策略提供理论和实践借鉴。
In junior middle school education, the head teacher and parents are all indispensable guides for students’ physical and mental growth and development. Realizing the effective cooperation between headteachers and parents can improve the quality of teaching in schools and promote the all-round development of students’ moral integrity and beauty. At present, there are many problems in the cooperation between junior middle school teachers and their parents. Therefore, by analyzing the problems of cooperation between junior middle school teachers and parents, this article explores how to effectively achieve the cooperation between class teacher and parents, and finally provides theoretical and practical reference for the cooperation strategies of class supervisors and parents in all junior high schools throughout the country.
