作者自行设计研制一“CT脑体表投影定位架”(简称定位架),经定位精度模拟试验证实,应用该定位架作颅内病灶颅表定位设野的精度为2.0mm。本文对64例脑瘤患者作了带定位架CT扫描后颅内病灶颅表定位设野放疗,探讨了CT在脑瘤放疗设野中的应用方法。文中重点介绍了定位架的构造、CT扫描及颅表定位设野的方法,对本法的定位设野原理及临床应用价值作了简要讨论。作者认为,带定位架作CT扫描后行脑瘤的颅外体表定位设野能提高CT在脑瘤放疗中颅表定位设野的精确性。
The author designs and develops a “CT brain surface projection positioning frame” (referred to as the positioning frame), the positioning accuracy simulation test confirmed that the application of the positioning frame for intracranial lesions skull positioning positioning field accuracy of 2.0mm. In this paper, 64 patients with brain tumors were made with positioning scaffold CT scan of intracranial lesions located on the skull surface radiotherapy, to explore the CT in brain tumor radiotherapy field application methods. The paper mainly introduces the construction of positioning frame, CT scanning and the method of locating and locating cranial skull. The principle of locating and positioning of this method and its clinical application value are briefly discussed. The authors believe that the positioning of the skull with a positioning frame for CT scan of the brain can improve the positioning of the skull in the brain tumor radiotherapy in the localization of the accuracy.
