本文介绍了一种新型热压缩机驱动的能获得液氮温区温度的脉冲管制冷机的实验研究结果.其是一种外燃加热式热能驱动的制冷机,可直接利用太阳能、工业余热或矿物燃料等的热能转换成压力波动驱动制冷机工作,具有结构简单紧凑、振动低、运行可靠等特点。文中设计了直线型脉冲管制冷机,进行了热压缩机与脉冲管制冷机的耦合实验,研究了不同频率及充气压力下脉冲管制冷机的工作特性,实现了用氦气做工质,充气压力1.2 MPa,压比1.30,加热功率1300W,工作频率5.6 Hz时,脉冲管制冷机最低制冷温度为70.4 K。
This paper presents a new type of thermocompressor driven experimental results of the pulse tube refrigerator that can obtain the temperature of liquid nitrogen temperature.It is a kind of refrigerator driven by external combustion heating type heat energy, which can directly use solar energy, industrial waste heat or Fossil fuels and other thermal energy into pressure fluctuations drive refrigerator work, with a simple and compact structure, low vibration, reliable operation and so on. In this paper, a linear pulse tube refrigerator was designed and the coupling experiment between the hot compressor and the pulse tube refrigerator was carried out. The working characteristics of the pulse tube refrigerator under different frequencies and inflation pressures were studied. The working conditions of using helium as the working medium, charging pressure 1.2 MPa, pressure ratio 1.30, heating power 1300W, operating frequency 5.6 Hz, the pulse tube refrigerator minimum cooling temperature of 70.4 K.
