作为国际第一通用语言,英语被广泛应用于日常生活与商务交谈中。不同于日常生活交谈的轻松随意,在商务交谈中,随口散漫的交谈很可能导致客户的信任度大打折扣,因此,商务英语更要求交谈者措辞得体严谨,以达到从言语上最大限度的使客户满意从而获取客户信任的目的,这意味着在商务交谈中应用英语需具备一定的技巧。基于此,本文对委婉语在商务英语中的应用进行举例和分析,以期对商务人士在商务交谈中对委婉语的应用工作有所借鉴和参考。
As the first universal language in the world, English is widely used in daily life and business conversation.
