Seismological studies in the Soviet Union and other countries in recent years show that deep-bore and ultra-deep-bore geophysical surveys are promising for predicting strong precursors and long-term effective forecasts. In theory, the instrumentation has accumulated a wealth of experience in both casing and casingless deep and ultra-deep drilling methods. However, as far as earthquakes are reported, the well drilling geophysical method has not been fully used. Obviously, the most sensitive instruments are unable to capture the faint signals that can confirm the earthquake because of the serious obstruction of the upper crust, atmosphere and industrial noise. So seismologists certainly hope as much as possible in the vicinity of the source area, and
