在车床上车锥度的时候,一般是按所需角度在小刀架上转妥此锥角。要是车两头带锥度的零件时要分两次转锥角,这就比较麻烦,辅助时间也较长,并有一定误差。为了解决工件的误差问题,在加工图1所示零件对,我们将靠模加工成圆筒形,装在车床的尾座套筒上,并用压缩空气顶紧,见图2。这样靠模和顶紧元件一块动作,不论零件内锥原误差处在公差的上限还是下限部可自动补偿误差,可消除积累误差,实现无定位误差,从而获得较理想的外圆精度。
