动脉搏动现象是人体循环系统动态过程一个可检测的生物讯号,将该讯号按时序记录下来的图形,就是动脉搏动图,简称脉图。为了能把脉图作为检测讯号,研究循环系统动态过程,首先必须通过活体实验确定脉图是一个连续的曲线还是由若干曲线段连接而成,才能建立它的在体血流参数关系方程。过去曾介绍过脉图曲线段的划分、拐点的标志(图一)。现将其实验依据介绍如下(统计分析资料另作专题介绍): 一、房室运动标志点的实验研究家犬在全麻、打断自主呼吸、电动呼吸机控制呼吸情况下,开胸,用多导记录仪同步记录升主动脉压力波及心脏运动图。 1、a波的实验研究
The arterial pulse phenomenon is a detectable biological signal of the dynamic process of the human circulatory system. The signal recorded in time series is the arterial pulse diagram, or the pulse diagram. In order to be able to use the pulse pattern as a detection signal, to study the dynamic process of the circulatory system, we must first determine whether the pulse pattern is a continuous curve or a number of curve segments by in vivo experiments in order to establish its relationship equation of in vivo blood flow parameters. In the past, the division of the pulse graph segment and the sign of the inflection point have been introduced (Figure 1).
