本文报告经手术、病理证实的12例貌似脑血管病的脑肿瘤。作者指出:对老年卒中患者需警惕脑肿瘤的可能性。特别是按脑血管病治疗病情出现反复者,更应考虑到脑肿瘤的可能。还认为出血性卒中的病例,一旦疑为脑肿瘤,即使脑血管造影正常,还需进一步作脑室造影。并且强调对疑为瘤性的蛛网膜下腔出血患者,既要注意转移癌,也要注意脑室系统或室旁的原发癌瘤。此外还观察到脑瘤同时并发脑血栓形成的病例。
