一、美国食品药物管理局(FDA) FDA是美国人类保健服务部(Human andHealth Service,HHS)的下属机构。它是美国“联邦食品、药物和化妆品法案”(Food,Drug andCosmetic Act简称FDCA)等重要药政法的主要执法机构。美国食品药物管理局下设八个办公室:局长办公室、立法事务办公室、法令条例事务办公室、卫生事务办公室、政策协调办公室、管理办公室、计划评价办公室,和六个局:食品(包括化妆品)局、药品局、生物制品局、兽药局、放射卫生局、医疗机械和诊断用品局以及全国毒理研究中心。药品局的职责:

It is the main law enforcement agency for major drug laws such as the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FDCA). The FDA has eight offices: the director’s office, the legislative affairs office, the ordinances ordinances office, the health affairs office, the policy coordination office, the management office, the program evaluation office, and the six offices: the food (including cosmetics) Drug Bureau, Biological Products Bureau, Veterinary Drug Administration, Radiological Health Bureau, Medical Machinery and Diagnostic Products Bureau and National Toxicology Research Center.
