日前,句容市政府启动新一轮《特困职工证》发放工作。发放范围为句容市因下岗分流、重大疾病、意外伤害、子女就学等原因造成生活困难、且家庭月人均收入高于380元低于440元的职工。句容市自1999年开始发放《特困职工证》,每两年为一轮,这次发放《特困职工证》为第七轮,累计已有420人次的特困职工领证。领取《特困职工证》的困难职工,除了每年茯得句容市政府一次性发放800-1000元补助金外,还享受水电费
