First, the Spanish assessors Spanish assessors can be divided into two categories: one is the appraisers, usually in the assessment of the registered assessment company or loan agencies such as banks in the assessment department practice; one is the chartered surveyors and real estate brokers, usually in the Surveyors and property consulting firm practicing. The Spanish marketplace has been traditionally divided between these two categories.
