泰安市大力发展非国有经济,拓宽就业领域,使非国有经济与就业工作相互促进、共同发展,创出了一条符合泰安实际的促进再就业工作的特色之路。近年来,全市共有9万多名各类求职人员在非国有经济得到安置,占就业再就业总人数的63.8%,非国有经济成为吸纳就业再就业的主渠道。泰安市把发展非国有经济特别是个体私营经济作为新的经济增长点来抓,先后出台了一系列鼓励发展个体私营经济的政策措施。如对个体私营经济发展中遇到的场地、资金、技术、信息以及水、电、建设用地等问题优先给予解决;鼓励机关、事业单位的工作人员留
