患者女,23岁。主诉“无月经,婚后1年未育”前来妇科就诊。平素体健,23岁从未来过月经,体格粗壮,毛发旺盛,发音女声,喉结不突出。先天性唇裂幼年已行修补术。双乳房未发育。妇科检查:外阴无阴毛,大阴唇较小,呈幼女型,阴蒂正常,处女膜已破,阴道通畅,阴道深度约为3cm,可容两指松,在窥器暴露下仅看到直径约0.5cm圆形略突起的宫颈痕迹,三合诊检查不能触及子宫及双侧附件。B超检查无正常子宫回声,仅看到有一0.3cm×0.5cm大小结节状子宫痕迹,无双侧附件;双侧肾及输
