在地基内加入并搅拌石灰及水泥类干式加固材料是一种用化学原理加固地基的新方法。采取这种方法可得到很大的早期加固强度。日本经过多次试验,现已处于实用阶段。一、原理及特点粉体喷射搅拌方法利用气体输送原理,连续不断地供给加固材料。其加固原理是:加固材料从空心搅拌轴中通过,喷射在搅拌叶片旋转而形成的空隙处(图1)。转速高时,该空隙将产生负压,只要用普通空压机就可达到这一目的。

Principles and Features The powder jet agitation method utilizes the principle of gas transportation to continuously supply reinforcing materials. The principle of reinforcement is that the reinforcing material passes through the hollow stirring shaft and is ejected at the gap formed by the rotation of the stirring blade (Fig. 1). When the rotation speed is high, the air gap will generate a negative pressure, as long as an ordinary air compressor can be used for this purpose.
