水能载舟,亦能覆舟,可见水的力量之大;水能维系生命,生命离不开水,可见水的作用之重要。然而,在人类进入21世纪之际,全球范围内的干旱频频发生,严重的水资源危机威胁着人类的生存和社会经济的发展。在全球许多江河干涸、水土资源大量流失的不利环境中,我国也面临水资源大量减少、水污染明显加重的困扰,且很可能成为经济持续发展的障碍。水是公共产品,水资源问题必须通过全社会的共同努力才能解决。亡羊补牢,犹未晚矣。让我们共同关注“未来水世界”。
Water can carry the boat, but also capsize, showing the power of water; water can sustain life, life is inseparable from the water, showing the importance of the role of water. However, as humans enter the 21st century, droughts around the world frequently occur. Serious water crisis threatens the survival of humankind and the development of society and economy.
