癫痫引起的精神障碍极为复杂,尤其癫痫引起精神分裂症样精神病常易发生误诊。我院1965～1975年住院诊断癫痫性精神障碍167例,确诊本病者18例,占10.7%。一般资料男14例,女4例,17～25岁3例,26～30岁8例,31～35岁1例,36～44岁6例,平均年龄31.3岁。癫痫始发年龄,最小2岁,最大者39岁,平均19岁;病程最短者1年,最长者28年,平均10.2年;癫痫发病距精神症状出现之时间,平均10.8年.
Epilepsy caused by mental disorders is extremely complex, especially in patients with schizophrenia-like psychosis caused by epilepsy often misdiagnosed. Our hospital from 1965 to 1975 inpatient diagnosis of epileptic mental disorders in 167 cases, 18 patients diagnosed, accounting for 10.7%. General information of 14 males and 4 females, 17 to 25 years in 3 cases, 26 to 30 years in 8 cases, 31 to 35 years in 1 case, 36 to 44 years in 6 cases, the average age of 31.3 years. The age of onset of epilepsy, minimum 2 years old, the largest of 39 years old, average 19 years of age; the shortest duration of 1 year, the longest 28 years, an average of 10.2 years; epileptic onset from the time of mental symptoms, an average of 10.8 years.
