在量块测量过程中,因为小量块薄,容易变形,不易测得准。而量块测量的准确度将直接影响量值的正确传递和统一。本文主要介绍量块变形时的处理方法。 (1) 表面接触变形用比较法测量二等或低于二等量块的长度时,由于比较仪的测量力,通过测帽作用于量块,在接触应力的作用下,使量块与测帽及工作台相互接触的部位产生弹性变形。在检定量块时所用测力的大小必须符合该仪器检定规程规定的要求。
