九味羌活汤一方(一名羌活冲和汤),来源于张洁古《此事难知》一书,是张氏治外感常用的具有良效的方剂。《医宗金鉴》称为“四时发散之通剂”。根据二年多来的临床运用,此方不受季节限制,(青海地区更为适宜)是长于止痛的辛温发表剂,四时之风寒感冒,皆可加减运用。对于本方的疗效,国内医学文献也有过报道,并散见于各地验方类丛书中。现将此方加减化裁治疗外感患者200余例,临床疗效及肤浅体会,报告如下:
