近日,湖南省发展改革委认真贯彻中央经济工作会议、全国发展改革工作会议精神,按照省委、省政府的要求,提出2014年发展改革的主要工作。第一,坚持用扩大内需来稳定经济增长。突出以项目建设为抓手,发挥投资的关键作用。力争全年完成投资2.25万亿元,增长23%以上。着力解决钱从哪里来,投向哪里去;项目怎么来,项目怎么抓的问题。要围绕9大产业领域,建设300个重大项目,推进100大基础设施骨干工程,带动全社会投资完成2万亿元以上。
