为说明人脐血管内皮细胞(EC)在胚胎发育过程中就可能合成和分泌多种血管活性物质。用免疫组织化学技术对不同发育时期人胚胎脐血管内皮细胞生长抑素(SS)、内皮素(ET)、神经肽Y(NPY)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)进行定性定位研究。结果显示:SS出现于胚胎第8周;5-HT出现于胚胎第12周;NPY出现于胚胎第16周;ET出现于胚胎第20周。提示人胚胎脐血管内皮细胞中各种血管活性肽出现的时间不一致,舒血管活性肽的出现早于缩血管活性肽,这适应于胚胎发育的需要和正常妊娠生理活动的维持,即妊娠早期舒血管活性肽使血管扩张有利于胚胎的发育,而后期缩血管活性肽的出现则有利于分娩和胎儿-胎盘血循环的关闭。
To illustrate that human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (ECs) may synthesize and secrete a variety of vasoactive substances during embryonic development. Immunohistochemistry was used to characterize the localization of somatostatin (SS), endothelin (ET), neuropeptide Y (NPY) and serotonin (5-HT) in umbilical vascular endothelial cells of human embryos at different developmental stages. The results showed that: SS appeared in embryo 8 weeks; 5-HT appeared in embryo 12 weeks; NPY appeared in embryo 16 weeks; ET appeared in embryo 20 weeks. Prompted human embryonic umbilical vascular endothelial cells in a variety of vasoactive peptides appear inconsistent time, vasoactive peptide occurs earlier vasoconstrictor peptides, which adapt to the needs of embryonic development and normal pregnancy physiological activity maintenance, that is, early pregnancy, Vasoactive peptides make vasodilation conducive to the development of embryos, and the appearance of vasoconstrictors facilitates the delivery and the closure of the fetal-placental circulation.
