一、前言各种型号的树脂必须与相适应的固化剂及适宜的加入量配合,才能使树脂发挥最大的粘结效率,以获得良好的铸造工艺性能。本文着重研究了适用于BZF型树脂砂的各种固化剂,对其最适宜加入量,和对型、芯砂性能影响,适用条件进行了探讨。在完成一系列铸造工艺性能试验的基础上,分别在几个工厂进行了试生产,效果良好。二、BZF型树脂砂固化剂的研究 1.固化剂的选择适用于BZF型树脂砂用固化剂的种类很多,有各种有机酸,无机酸等。在选择固化剂时首先要保证树脂砂工艺性能良好、稳定;以及氢离子浓度及释放氢离子速度;同时还需考虑无毒,无污染;来源广;成本低等诸方面问题。
