本研究旨在分析磺胺嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶在鸡蛋中残留消除规律,为蛋鸡在开产前合理用药制定休药期提供依据,并建立一种检测3种磺胺类药物在鸡蛋中残留的超高效液相色谱法。将60只试验鸡随机分为4组(试验组I、试验组II、试验组III、空白组),各药物按照说明书剂量拌料给药,空白组饲喂不含任何抗生素的空白料,连续给药5 d。收集的鸡蛋样品经乙酸乙酯超声提取,正己烷除酯,复溶液复溶,高效液相色谱C18柱分离后用紫外检测器检测(该方法的检测限为0.01 mg/kg)。结果显示,停药后12 d,磺胺嘧啶检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;停药后9 d,磺胺氯哒嗪检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;停药后12 d,磺胺间甲氧嘧啶检出浓度低于0.01 mg/kg;该结果提示磺胺嘧啶、磺胺氯哒嗪、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶分别在产蛋前12 d、9 d、12 d停用。

The results showed that the detected concentrations of sulfadiazine were less than 0.01 mg / kg on the 12th day after drug withdrawal; the detected concentrations of sulfadiazine were less than 0.01 mg / kg on the 9th day after drug withdrawal; The results showed that sulfadiazine, sulfadiazine and sulfamethoxine were stopped at 12 d, 9 d and 12 d before laying eggs, respectively.
