目的:探求一种简单易行的的制作义眼座的方法。方法:依据处死的时间将15只新西兰大白兔分作5组,每兔1眼做实验用眼,另眼为对照,手术用手指挤压和碘伏棉签清除兔眼内容物和色素组织后注入骨水泥,进行肉眼观察、测量眼球重量并进行统计学处理,而后行病理组织学检查。结果:显示术后两组眼球重量无明显差异,组织学显示术后早期组反应呈现为炎性坏死反应,大量炎性细胞增生;而后呈现为炎性坏死反应向纤维组织增生过度;术后3mo时组织学反应呈现为眼角膜血管化,围绕义眼座形成纤维膜,炎性反应基本消失。结论:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯义眼座有着良好的生物相容性、比重适当,注入式义眼座技术手术操作相对简单,术后义眼活动度良好,具有明显的应用价值。
Objective: To explore a simple and easy method of making eye socket. Methods: Fifteen New Zealand white rabbits were divided into five groups according to the time of sacrifice. One eye of each rabbit was used for experimental eye and the other eye was used as control. The finger was squeezed with iodine and cotton swab to remove the contents and pigmented tissue of rabbit eyes Bone cement, macroscopic observation, measurement of eyeball weight and statistical analysis, and then histopathological examination. Results: There was no significant difference in the weight of the eyeballs between the two groups. Histology showed that the early postoperative reaction showed inflammatory necrosis reaction and a large number of inflammatory cells proliferated. Then the inflammatory reaction showed hyperplasia of fibrous tissue. After 3 months Histological reaction showed corneal vascularization, forming a membrane around the eye seat, the inflammatory response disappeared. CONCLUSION: Polymethylmethacrylate has good biocompatibility and appropriate specific gravity. The operation of implantable prostheses is relatively simple, and the degree of eyseal surgery is good, which has obvious application value.
