关贸总协定签署的《知识产权协议》明确论述了纺织品外观设计的知识产权保护问题。我国作为世界纺织品生产大国,更应该高度重视纺织品外观设计保护这一知识产权领域中的关键性问题。本文就以中国轻纺城为例,对当前我国纺织品外观设计知识产权保护存在的困境以及相应的应对策略进行了具体分析,希望能够改善纺织品外观设计知识产权保护现状,促进纺织品行业持续健康发展。
The GATT signed the “Intellectual Property Agreement” explicitly discusses the issue of intellectual property protection of textile designs. As the world’s largest producer of textiles, our country should attach great importance to the key issues in the field of intellectual property protection of textile designs. Taking China Textile City as an example, this paper analyzes the current difficulties in the intellectual property protection of textile designs in China and the corresponding countermeasures. It is hoped that the status quo of the intellectual property protection of textile designs will be improved and the sustainable and healthy development of the textile industry will be promoted.
