本文对紫草素在大鼠体内的生物转化进行了研究。对经苯巴比妥预处理(i.p60mg·kg(-1)·day,3天)的Wistar种健康雄性大鼠腹腔注射紫草素(20mg·kg(-1)),收集到的胆汁和血样分别经尽葡萄糖醛酸酶水解后,用乙酸乙酯提取。建立RP-HPLC/DAD方法对紫草素及其代谢物在大鼠胆汁和尿样中的分布进行了初步考察。根据色谱峰的保留时间和紫外光谱分析,大鼠的胆汁和尿样中分别有10个代谢物。
In this paper, the biotransformation of shikonin in rats was studied. Wistar male Wistar rats were pretreated with phenobarbital (i.p. 60 mg·kg(-1)·day, 3 days) and intraperitoneally injected with shikonin (20 mg·kg(-1)) to collect bile After the blood samples were hydrolyzed by glucuronidase, they were extracted with ethyl acetate. The RP-HPLC/DAD method was established to investigate the distribution of shikonin and its metabolites in rat bile and urine samples. According to the chromatographic peak retention time and UV spectroscopy, there were 10 metabolites in the rat’s bile and urine samples, respectively.
