目的:观察在牛血小板衍化生长因子作用下人牙周膜成纤维细胞DNA和胶原蛋白合成的情况。方法:采用体外细胞培养技术和核素掺入法。结果:20ng/ml~60ng/ml牛血小板衍化生长因子可明显促进人牙周膜成纤维细胞DNA合成,40ng/ml浓度使细胞DNA合成在24h达最高峰;对细胞的胶原蛋白合成无明显促进作用。结论:牛血小板衍化生长因子对人牙周膜成纤维细胞DNA合成有促进作用,在牙周组织的创伤修复中可能起重要作用。
Objective: To observe the DNA and collagen synthesis of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts under the action of bovine platelet derived growth factor. Methods: In vitro cell culture and radionuclide incorporation were used. Results: Bovine platelet-derived growth factor (20ng / ml ~ 60ng / ml) could significantly promote the DNA synthesis of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts. The concentration of DNA at 40ng / ml reached the peak at 24h and did not promote the collagen synthesis effect. CONCLUSION: Bovine platelet derived growth factor can promote the DNA synthesis of human periodontal ligament fibroblasts and play an important role in wound healing of periodontal tissues.
