检测40例慢性支气管炎肺气虚证、39例慢支隐性肺证患者及36例正常人外周血、支气管肺灌洗液(BALF)胆碱脂酶及去甲肾上腺素以及肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)内cAmP和cGmP含量。结果表明:隐性肺证局部交感神经兴奋对AM功能具有一定的调节作用,使AM内cAmP/cGmP比值保持在正常水平;肺气虚证局部植物神经功能紊乱较明显,植物神经对AM的调节作用相对减弱。
Forty patients with chronic bronchitis and lung qi deficiency syndrome, 39 patients with chronic bronchitis and latent lung disease and 36 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Peripheral blood samples were collected from bronchoalveolar lavage (BALF) cholinesterase and norepinephrine and alveolar macrophages AM) cAmP and cGmP content. The results showed that local sympathetic nerve stimulation in the latent lung syndrome could regulate the function of AM and maintain the normal ratio of cAmP / cGmP in AM. The dysfunction of autonomic nervous system in lung-qi deficiency syndrome was more obvious, and the regulation of AM by autonomic nerve Relatively weaken.
