教学管理是学校管理的核心。传统的常规教学管理总是对教师的备课、上课等五步环节逐一进行检查、总结、评价。然而,这些作法在实践中又不断暴露出些许弊端。如,检查的‘度’很难掌握;粗了,问题发现不了;细了,时间、人力都不够用。不制定严格的标准,检查无依据;有了详细规定,又在一定程度上束缚教师的手脚,不利于教师创造性地完成教学任务。同时,总结、评价工作总是滞后型的,对动态化的教学过程起不到及时指导、及时纠正的作用。针对这些情况,近年来我校尝试了一套新的教学管理方法,
