新生儿先天性髋关节脱位（CDH）越来越被人们所重视。尽早诊治，才能不致残。临床资料1983年1月～1994年2月我院共娩出2O233例活产新生儿，诊断出23例CDH的婴儿。发生率为1．14％。其中女婴18例，男婴5例（女：男一3．6：1）。21／23例系初产妇门／23）例产妇本人患有CDH。胎位
