本文介绍了牙轮钻机回转扭矩与轴压之间定量关系的推导,此推导系据洛阳矿山机械研究所等单位在大孤山矿现场测试数据整理而成,可供牙轮钻机使用和设计部门参考。文章是按“四归分析方法”用于钻进参数关系研究的一次尝试,由于测试数据较少,并有一定的局限性,不当之处难免,仅供读者参考。
This paper introduces the derivation of the quantitative relationship between the rotary torque and the axial pressure of the roller rig, which is deduced from the test data of the site of Dagushan Mine by Luoyang Mining Machinery Research Institute and other units and is available for the use and design department of cone gear drilling rig reference. The article is based on the “four-regression analysis method” for drilling parameters of an attempt to study, due to less test data, and has some limitations, the inevitable, for reference purposes only.
