目前在一些企业团干中存在下列问题:一是团干文化素质不高;二是年龄老化;三是党员数少。造成以上状况的原因是多方面的。除了团干加强自身学习提高不够和团的组织建设薄弱外,客观上还反映出基层少数党组织对团干的管理与上级团组织对团干的管理出现了脱节,关系未理顺。主要表现为: 1.团干培养选拨问题。基层少数领导选拔团干时未与上级团组织交换意见,搞自己说了算,以至于和《团章》相抵触。2.团干工作
