“我的家乡陕西,是丝绸之路的起点。”习近平总书记深情的话语让世界瞩目陕西。两千多年前的长安,是世界政治经济版图的中心;两千多年后,“一带一路”战略将再次让陕西在世界发展蓝图上书写下浓墨重彩的一笔。而从“一带一路”战略的提出到陕西“一带一路”行动计划的发布,近年来,陕西主动融入“一带一路”大格局,在基础设施互联互通等方面先行先试、重点突破,古丝路的起点正加速迈向内陆改革开放“新高地”。其中,去年5月底,陕西重型汽车有限公司等8家企业签署税收服务保障协议,这既是全国税务系统首次以服务协议的形式给“走出去”企业以公开的承诺,更是陕西改革提速,向“丝路新起点”全面发力的证明。作为“一带一路”上的“大国重器”、行业内唯一四次参加大阅兵的重卡企业——陕西汽车控股集团有限公司,是怎样经过凤凰涅槃,又如何凤舞九天成为镶嵌在陕西经济发展征程上的璀璨明珠。近日,笔者走进陕汽,探寻了陕汽转型发展之路。
