短期融资券,是指企业依照《短期融资券管理办法》的条件和程序在银行间债券市场发行和交易并约定在一定期限内还本付息的有价证券。
Short-term financing bonds refer to the securities that the enterprise issues and transacts in the inter-bank bond market in accordance with the conditions and procedures of the Measures for the Administration of Short-term Financing Bonds and that promises to repay the principal and interest within a certain period of time.
