2006年6月8日,加拿大边境服务署决定对原产于我国的铜制管件发起反补贴调查。这是2004年以来加拿大对我国产品发起的第四起反补贴调查。尽管与我国产品遭受的数百起反倾销调查相比,针对我国产品的反补贴调查数量很少,而且截至目前仅仅来自加拿大一个国家,但不少学者预计未来针对我国产品的反补贴调查将会增加,使反补贴成为我国出口产品面临的新贸易壁垒,如何应对反补贴问题的挑战是需要思考的重要课题。
On June 8, 2006, the Canadian Border Service decided to launch a countervailing investigation on copper pipe fittings originating in our country. This is the fourth anti-subsidy investigation launched by Canada on China’s products since 2004. Although the number of countervailing investigations targeted at our products is small compared to the hundreds of anti-dumping investigations that our products suffer, and as of now only comes from one Canadian country, many scholars predict that the future anti-subsidy investigations on our products will increase Making anti-subsidy a new trade barrier facing China’s export products. How to deal with the challenge of anti-subsidy issue is an important issue to be considered.
