目的探讨彩色高频超声对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对52例经彩色高频超声检查诊断并有手术和病理结果的乳腺肿块病例进行回顾性分析。结果52例患者共86个乳腺肿块中超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为93.02%(80/86),其中恶性为90.9%(20/22例),良性为93.75%(60/64例)。结论彩色高频超声检查在乳腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color high frequency ultrasound in breast masses. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 52 cases of breast masses diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography with surgical and pathological findings. Results The coincidence rate of ultrasonography and pathological diagnosis of 86 breast masses in 52 patients was 93.02% (80/86), of which 90.9% (20/22) were malignant and 93.75% (60/64) were benign. Conclusion High-frequency color ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors have good clinical value.
