C5525单柱工作台移动立式车床,工作台直径1250mm。工作台移动后,加工工件的最大旋转外径可达2500mm。但是,在工作台上不能装夹旋转外径大于1250mm的工件。为此,我们设计了一种立车大件加工台,如下图所示。加工台包括四块带T型槽的矩形台板1,每块分别与立车工作台装合。加工台上的T型槽和定位圆孔与立车工作台的T型槽和定位圆孔尺寸一致。加工台与工作台装合时,使主定位销2对正工作台上的定位圓孔,两个定位销3分别夹在工作台上的两条T型槽中,用M18的内六角螺钉6,拧入T型螺母4和5中,拧紧便将
